Maria Katsidoniotaki

Graduate Student

Maria is a Ph.D. Candidate at Columbia University. She received her five-year Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2017, from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. Before joining the group of Professor Kougioumtzoglou in Fall 2018, she gained experience as an intern in structural engineering companies in Greece, and as a laboratory assistant at the Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics Laboratory at EPFL, Switzerland. Maria is currently pursuing research in the field of stochastic dynamics. More specifically, she focuses on path integral based mathematical tools to evaluate the stochastic response and reliability of complex dynamic systems.
